According to a news, Tony is sitting shirtless and enjoying a massage. Surprisingly he is attending a meeting with the company’s management during this time. He praised his company’s work culture in his LinkedIn post. After he posted the photo, he faced a lot of criticism.

He shared the post on LinkedIn on October 16th. In his post, he wrote, “It was a stressful weekend, and Veranita Josefina suggested a massage. I love the culture of Indonesia and AirAsia that I can get a massage and still be in a management meeting.” Thousands of people have reacted negatively to this post.

Many people have criticized the CEO of AirAsia. Some called it inappropriate, while others called it madness. One user said, “You could have ended the meeting and then got a massage. I don’t think this is acceptable in civilized culture.” Another user said, “I don’t think the women in your company will feel comfortable or safe in this context, and seeing that you are the boss, they probably won’t even complain about it.”
